A. From July 2, 2002 to January 31, 2012, Defendant B served as the former director of the Plaintiff Union and retired from office; Defendant C currently served as a director of the Plaintiff Union; Defendant C served as the head of the Plaintiff Union’s credit and head of the team from January 2, 2008 to August 22, 2011; and currently served as the head of the team at the ordinance branch of the Plaintiff Union.

B. While the overdue interest on the amount of the loan as of December 31, 2010 was about KRW 2.39 billion, the overdue interest rate of KRW 3.9 billion was about 3.91%, the overdue interest rate of KRW 10.23 billion on December 31, 201 increased to KRW 16.66%, and the overdue interest rate of KRW 10.66% on December 31, 2012 increased to KRW 10.66%.

C. In 2010, the Plaintiff Cooperative paid 4.8% dividends to its members’ contributions. However, in 2011, due to the decline in the net income amount due to the increase in the overdue ratio of loans, the Plaintiff Cooperative paid 2.49% dividends to its members’ contributions. In 2012 and 2013, the net income for the pertinent net income was incurred by the increase in the overdue ratio, and the Plaintiff Cooperative did not pay dividends to the rate of 0%.

On the other hand, on December 30, 201, with respect to the non-performing loans of the Plaintiff Union, the following commitments were made between Defendant C and the president of the Plaintiff Union, and the same commitments were made between Defendant B and D.

(2) On December 30, 201, Defendant C and B signed or sealed each undertaking document in the column of the person concerned, and Defendant C and submitted to D a resignation letter stating that “I will be responsible for the loss of an association caused by the undertaking and resign within the time limit.”
