The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
The facts charged: The defendant shall pay wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables to the representative director of C, the full-time workers of C, the employers who conduct the steel structure manufacturing business of pressure vessels using ten full-time workers, and the workers who retire from office within 14 days from the time when the grounds for such payment occurred.
Nevertheless, the Defendant is working for the said company from October 20, 2010 to October 31, 2012.
In addition to the failure to pay the total amount of KRW 12,727,967 of the wages and retirement allowances of retired D, the total amount of KRW 81,863,513 of the wages, etc. of eight retired workers, as shown in the attached list of crimes, was not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on extension of the payment date between the parties concerned.
