Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 26 million and the delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 26, 2017 to the date of full payment following the date of this decision (the date of this decision, for which a considerable period has elapsed from the date when the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendant pursuant to Article 603(2) of the Civil Act, in the absence of any special agreement with regard to the due date for repayment of the borrowed amount).
