[Judgment of the court below] The scaming organization is composed of "total liability" which manages and operates the organization and directs the overall crime, "real victims," "implementation liability" which demands a financial institution or investigation agency to deliver money by misrepresenting himself/herself through telephone or Mescam, "passbook solicitation book" which solicits money or money to receive or laundate money, and "cash collection book" which directly withdraws money from the collected large account and delivers it to the scam assistant, or transfers money to the money laundering account using personal information of many people.

【In using and managing a means of access used in electronic financial transactions, no person shall borrow or lend a means of access, or keep, deliver or distribute a means of access, knowing that it is intended to use it for a crime or is to be used for a crime.

The Defendant: (a) received a proposal from the “Internet gambling website B” to the effect that the Defendant: (b) had a person who will money laundering at the Internet gambling site; and (c) received and deposited the check to the account, and (d) lent the check to the corporate account when the money was deposited in the account; (b) provided that the Defendant promised to pay the check to the corporate account; (c) provided that the check was used in the scaming and was investigated for the scaming crime; and (d) provided that the scam was used in the scaming and received the investigation; and (e) provided that the scam was the act of cooperating with the electronic financial fraud; and (e) provided that on February 28, 2020, the Defendant received and kept the scam card (credit number D) under the name of the community credit cooperative in the name of the bearer in the name of the co-owner at the C-Scam office located on the scambling site.

In addition, the Defendant entered the list of offenses from around that time to March 19, 2020.
