Defendant B shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 12,947,687 and KRW 3,879,860 among them, per annum from January 4, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for claim and the changed grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Defendant B of the applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment made by a person who is deemed as a person who is a person with a special interest): Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
