1. On February 26, 2013, the Defendant rendered a decision on whether he/she constitutes a person of distinguished service to the State and a person eligible for veteran’s compensation.
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On August 23, 2012, the Plaintiff asserted that “I have sustained an injury to the left shoulder, the right ear, and the left bridge due to the bomb bomb of the enemy forces while I had entered the Army Diplomatic Team and performed a special mission in Gangwon-do.” The Plaintiff applied for the registration of persons of distinguished services to the State to the Defendant on August 23, 2012.
B. From June 26, 1953 to January 20, 1954, the Defendant rendered a decision on February 26, 2013 on the following grounds: “The Plaintiff is deemed to have performed a special mission at 3519 units under the Information Headquarters, but not verified specific and objective supporting materials, such as beds or medical records, which can prove that the Plaintiff sustained an injury during the performance of a special mission.”

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. On November 1953, the Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff sustained a serious injury to the left shoulder, right shoulder, and left bridge due to the bomb of the enemy forces during the performance of a military special mission. As a result, the Plaintiff’s legacy leads to the following: (a) detailed cromatic chronitis; (b) the influence of both the fluence and the persence of the two sides mixed with the previous voice and the perstinism; (c) the upper part of the left shoulder; (d) the left part of the shoulder, and (e) the flusium of the left shoulder.
