All appeals by the Defendants and the Prosecutor are dismissed.
Reasons
The reasons for appeal by the defendants are too heavy for the court below's punishment, and the reasons for appeal by the prosecutor against the defendant C are too minor for the court below's punishment.
However, considering the circumstances revealed in the reasons for sentencing and the conditions of sentencing indicated in the record, the lower court’s sentencing against the Defendants is too heavy or the lower court’s sentencing against Defendant C is deemed unreasonable.
All appeals by the Defendants and the Prosecutor are dismissed.
