A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
[2019 Highest 1764] Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the psychotropic drugs, such as the psychotropic drugs, as follows: < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 20190, Mar. 23, 2014>
1. Purchasing philophones;
A. On July 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on July 13, 2018, at the C Bank J branch in Gangnam-gu Seoul, the Defendant deposited KRW 400,000,000 in the c bank account (Account Number Non) designated by C Bank D (T) seller D; and (b) around that time, purchased and sold opphones in a manner that finds approximately 0.5g of the opphones under the opphones in the backline of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, by searching for approximately 0.5g of the opphones.
B. On August 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 400,000 on the penphone in the F association account (I) under the H’s name designated by the seller of the telephone at the F association branch in Seoul on August 7, 2018; (b) around that time, the Defendant purchased and sold the penphone by finding approximately 0.5g of the penphone that was hidden in the front line of the steel page located in J of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and around that time, sold the penphone by finding approximately 0.5g of the penphone in the front line of the steel page located in J of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
C. On August 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on August 14, 2018, deposited KRW 400,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 from M&A in the name of H (N) designated by the seller of the instant sub-paragraph (b) in the M&A; and (b) around that time, sold the phiphone by means of finding approximately 0.5g,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00
On August 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around August 28, 2018, the Defendant deposited KRW 400,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 in the M&C account designated by the seller of the said sub-paragraph (b) in the M&C account; and (b) around that time, the Defendant traded the phiphone by means of finding approximately 0.5g, which was hidden in the gap of the boundary seat near the exit of Q Q in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
2. The Defendant, on August 28, 2018, administered philophones, shall be the key to the Defendant’s residence toilet located in Gama-si Si Sim-si S around 20:0 on August 28, 2018.
