1. Special larceny;

A. From around 01:00 on January 201, 201 to around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) was in front of a restaurant with the trade name “E” operated by the victim D, the former Sogjin-gu, Seoul; (b) then, the Defendant: (c) went in front of the entrance of the victim D; (d) by inserting the previously owned drone in the entrance cresh; and (d) by inserting the correction device up to the entrance; and (c) invaded the inside thereof; and (d) stolen the cash owned by the victim, 150,000 won.

B. From around 02:00 on January 201, 2017 to around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) was in front of a restaurant with the trade name of “H” operated by the victim G in Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jeonjin-gu; (b) was stolen with cash 45,000 won, which is the victim’s possession in the West-gu, in front of the instant restaurant.

On January 15, 2017, from around 00:08 to around 02:40, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a cash of KRW 450,000, a victim’s own possession in a swine storage, and a refluent bicycle of KRW 150,000, at the market price of the victim’s possession in the warehouse, in front of the “K kindergarten” operated by the victim Ja-jin-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2. On January 13, 2017, at around 02:02, the Defendant attempted to steals money and valuables owned by the victim by shouldering his/her windows with his/her hand and intrusion upon his/her inside, but attempted to commit an attempted theft, even though he/she had a wind with the warning level of the traffic prevention system.
