On May 30, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months in violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act (hestesting of hallucinogenic substances) at the Sungnam Support Center of Suwon Fics and completed the execution of the sentence on May 12, 2014.

1. The Defendant, at around 18:00 on August 8, 2015, committed larceny, attempted larceny, thief, and intrusion upon residence, in the “E cafeteria” of the victim D’s operation in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, in which he was employed as the delivery source, and received or prohibited payment from the injured party for the use of his own money, and the total amount of cash owned by the injured party, which was KRW 6,000, and KRW 66,000, and KRW 36,000, and KRW 1,000 in the delivery city, and one device for settlement card for which he did not return, from that time to October 3, 2015, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property at least eight times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes Nos. 1, 3-4, 6-10, and 6-10.

2. On September 19, 2015, around 17:40 on September 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was boarding a victim’s private taxi head in the middle-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Sung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and was driving as if he would pay the victim the taxi fee properly; and (b) said the Defendant said that “a person was “a person who was in the 3rd village complex in 00 Gag-gu.”

However, the Defendant did not have any ability or intent to pay taxi charges due to the absence of any means of payment, such as money, credit card, etc.
