1. The Defendants receive each of the corresponding money stated in the “sale price” column in the attached Table 1 sheet from the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the Housing Reconstruction and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) which completed the registration of incorporation on August 17, 2009 with the approval of the establishment of a rearrangement zone for the purpose of promoting a housing reconstruction project by using the Seodaemun-gu Seoul AU Il-gu 38,404 square meters as a rearrangement zone. The Defendants were the successors of the persons who owned or owned each of the pertinent unauthorized buildings (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) indicated in the “area which is not a housing complex” in the attached Table 1 list in the above rearrangement zone, and the persons who owned or owned each of the said unauthorized buildings listed in the “area which is not a housing complex.” The Plaintiff succeeded to the Defendant S’s property at the ratio of 3/9 shares, U,V, and W-A 2/9 shares while the instant lawsuit was pending, and the Defendants’ deceased X also died during the instant lawsuit and expressed the Defendant’s property inheritance from each of the Defendants.

B. On December 31, 2010, the Plaintiff received the instant complaint from the Defendants stating that they would exercise the right to demand sale of each of the instant real estate. The duplicate of each complaint was served on the Defendants on each of the corresponding dates indicated in the service date as indicated below.

(The delivery date for T, U,V, and W, the defendant's lawsuit acceptance date, is the service date for the defendant's net S, and the service date for the defendant's net X lawsuit receipt date for Y, Z, and AA is the service date for the defendant's net X).

The market price of each real estate of this case as of September 11, 201 is as stated in the "sale Price" column in attached Table 1.
