1. The Defendant shall pay 10,900,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 8, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
According to Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, the defendant has promised to pay 10,000 won of unpaid wages to the plaintiff on April 20, 2017 through each month from May 5, 2017.
According to the facts found above, the defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated by the Labor Standards Act from July 8, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, as requested by the plaintiff, after the 14th day following the retirement of the plaintiff.
The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
