1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 2,100,000 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its payment from May 15, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

A principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed a principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant completed the registration of initial ownership on the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 (hereinafter “instant real estate”), as the head of the Changwon District Court’s common branch (hereinafter “ through permanent branch”) No. 13480, Sept. 14, 1992, with respect to the registration of initial ownership on September 14, 1992.

B. On May 30, 2014, the Plaintiff, a general beneficiary prescribed under the National Basic Living Security Act, intends to purchase the instant real estate and its site (the real estate stated in the attached list) in KRW 115 million (the remaining KRW 100 million shall be paid up to October 30, 2014) (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

(2) On October 30, 2014, the lease contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant for the instant real estate was concluded, respectively, by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 1.5 million, KRW 6 million per month, and KRW 600,000 per month, and the lease term of the instant real estate (hereinafter referred to as “instant lease contract”), unless there is a need to distinguish it specifically, the lease contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant for the instant real estate was concluded.

C. On May 30, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into the instant lease agreement with the Defendant, along with the content that “the third floor of the instant real estate (see subparagraph 2, e.g., evidence No. 2, and the lease agreement attached to the Plaintiff’s complaint is corrected to “the third floor” 1, 2, and 3th floor of the indicated part of the real estate)” was leased for a period from June 30, 2014 to 24 months (No rent).

On May 30, 2014, the Plaintiff applied for a loan of the Employment Stabilization Fund for Low-Income Residents with the lease fund at the office of Yong-si, Yong-si, Yong-si, 201, and the Tong Young-si decided to provide the Plaintiff with the lease deposit (the lease deposit) with respect to the instant lease contract pursuant to Article 7-2 of the Ordinance on Operation and Management of the Employment Stabilization Fund for Low-Income Residents

E. On June 2014, the Tong Young-gu Mayor shall have the second floor of the instant real estate from the Defendant.
