1. The defendant shall pay 3,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 9, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The indication of the claim "the defendant shall pay the plaintiff 3,00,000 won with C and 20% interest per annum from March 9, 2005 to the date of full payment" is re-litigation for the interruption of the extinctive prescription of the claim based on the final judgment of the goods payment case with the Incheon District Court. 2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by service by public notice) of the applicable provisions of this Act;
