1. Intimidation;

On August 28, 2015, the Defendant sent a text message to the victim’s mobile phone at around 11:12, stating that “I will see how you will live well in the solitary form,” and then, from around that time to October 21, 2015, the Defendant sent a victim’s mobile phone at around 29 times, such as the list of crimes in attached Form.
