A. On August 16, 2013, Plaintiff A lent KRW 80 million (interest rate of KRW 45% per annum) to each Defendant, and Plaintiff B lent KRW 60 million per annum (interest rate of KRW 39.99% per annum) to each Defendant on the same day.

B. Prior to the filing of the instant lawsuit, the Plaintiffs are above to each Defendant.

Although the repayment of the loan stated in the subsection was required, the defendant refused the payment.

C. Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff A the interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 5% per annum from August 17, 2013 to April 7, 2015, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, respectively, as requested by the Plaintiffs.
