1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. As to the business report certificate listed in the attached list 1, the name of the representative shall be the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim is as shown in attached Form 2;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
