Defendant

A is a dietitian of the E-Medical Care Center meals in North Korea D, and the defendant A operates the E-Medical Care Center as a social welfare corporation.

No person shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the origin.

From November 7, 2012 to March 29, 2013, Defendant A indicated the country of origin of the bulletin board in the meal service facility of the E-Medical Center located in North Korea D, as “domestic products”, in providing inmates and employees with KRW 580 g Korean products, and market price of KRW 696,000 via 18 times.

2. Defendant A, an employee of Defendant B, at the same date and place as indicated in paragraph (1), committed the same offense as described in paragraph (1) regarding the E-Medical Costs operated by Defendant B.
