A. The Plaintiffs are affiliates of H Group 1. The Plaintiffs, as affiliates of the H Group, and Plaintiff A was engaged in the development, manufacture, and sale of hot water distribution devices, Plaintiff B’s duplication heating and cooling system, Plaintiff C’s large control tower valves, Plaintiff D’s various system control valves, Plaintiff E’s automatic temperature control program, respectively. 2) Defendant F entered Plaintiff A as the head of the Engineering Business Headquarters on March 23, 2007. Defendant F concurrently held the position of the head of the Technology Research Institute on June 17, 2008 after the issuance of Plaintiff E’s E’s co-corporate director. On January 1, 2010, Plaintiff B promoted to the regular director of the H Group, and overall control over the development and management of the technology of H Group, such as the development of heating and cooling system, and electronic management.

3) Defendant F set aside Plaintiff B on October 31, 2010, and entered Defendant G Co., Ltd. on November 1, 2010, and Defendant G Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant G”) on December 1, 2010.

B) Defendant F’s release of the Plaintiffs’ data and e-mail transmission1) from January 2010, when the conflict arose between J and J, which was the representative director of the Plaintiff B, and due to the sharing of technology and information, the J around March 2010, he was willing to leave the Plaintiff B as the manager of the technical operation division of the Plaintiff B.

2) Defendant F copies, on April 16, 2010, of the H Group Technical Research Center office located in Orsacheon-gu L, Orsacheon-si, of the 250G PC’s HB load drive (SAP2504C), other than the 1TB large volume hard disc (SAP UNG, Model Name HD103SI), additionally received from the group computer room, the 1TB large capacity hard disc (33,430 files), N employees’ personal pool (73,122 files), Plaintiff B’s personal pool (12,636 files), Plaintiff B’s personal pool (12,636 files), 30, 130, 1301, 130, 1301, 130, 1305, 138, 2010.
