The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning, the lower court is justifiable to have convicted all of the facts charged of this case.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the consent or presumption of consent of the holder of a title deed in the crime of forging private documents, or mistake of facts as to the premise of the ground for exclusion of illegality, by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
