1. The Defendant shall pay 122,590,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 6, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff seeking payment of KRW 191,230,00 in total from April 7, 2013 to November 18, 2013 to the Defendant and received KRW 68,640,00 from the Defendant during the period from April 12, 2013 to October 2, 2014. Thus, the Plaintiff claimed payment of KRW 122,590,000 in outstanding loans (= KRW 191,230,000 - KRW 68,640,000) against the Defendant.
