[2013 Highest 5882] The Defendant, while working as the civil engineering department of the (State) D in Nam-gu, Gwangju, was aware that D must meet the construction engineer requirements under the Construction Business Act in order to obtain subcontracting from E companies, was willing to submit a forged and forged work experience certificate with respect to F.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. A. A. (1) On June 30, 201, the Defendant forged a private document under the title of “career certificate” with a computer located therein at the office of Defendant’s operation located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju.
