1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,726,208 as well as 20% per annum from May 5, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. 청구의 표시 원고는 ‘C’를 운영하면서 ‘D’을 운영하는 피고의 공사현장에 물품(창호, 샷시)을 공급하여 주었다.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the unpaid KRW 22,726,208, and delay damages therefrom, out of the price of goods supplied to the Plaintiff until December 23, 2013.
