1. The Defendant is the Suwon District Court with respect to the Plaintiff’s share of 39/63 square meters out of 8,628 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-dong.
1. On February 2, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a pre-sale agreement with the Defendant on 39/63 shares of KRW 1,050,40,000 with respect to the purchase price for KRW 1,050,40,000 among KRW 40 forest land in Pyeongtaek-dong, Pyeongtaek-dong (hereinafter “instant forest”). On May 31, 2016, the date of conclusion of the pre-sale agreement was determined as the date of the pre-sale agreement.
The Plaintiff completed provisional registration on February 5, 2015, No. 3632 with respect to the portion of 39/63 out of the forest of this case on the ground of the said purchase reservation.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the principal registration procedure of transfer of ownership on May 31, 2016, based on the above provisional registration with respect to shares of 39/63 out of the forest land of this case to the Plaintiff.
