The above fine shall not be paid by the Defendants.

1. On August 14, 2019, Defendants C, D, and E parked in the construction site of Boan City Fran City between around 07:20 on August 14, 2019 and around 11:00, Defendant C, at the same Si/Gun where the victim G (57 years old) installed a pumps and installed the pumps, and thereby interfered with the new construction work of the victim’s building in order to prevent any defect in the construction site, Defendant C, at the same time, at the site of the construction site, at which the victim G (57 years old) installed the pumps. C continued to prevent the Defendants from entering the construction site by parking the KN Si-type car, and C, C, D, and E, by force, kept the chair at the entrance of the construction site to prevent entry of the construction site.

2. On August 15, 2019, the Defendants, C, D, and E parked a MP6 car on the road in front of the Lan City Lan City from August 15, 2019 to August 08:45, 2019, and from August 15, 2019, D installed a pumps outside the construction site for the construction of the F building at H, the victim’s representative, and obstructed the construction of the F-built Building to interfere with the construction of the F-built Building in order to prevent any defects in the construction of the F-built Building. Defendant B parked a Nststren car, Defendant A, C, and E parked a Nstren car, and interfered with the construction of the F-built Building by force.
