1. The defendant, among the claims listed in the attached list against the defendant's non-party C Rebuilding Housing Association, 77.835/408.
1. Basic facts
A. As to the share of 816.83/61,775.6m2 of G, 303.67m2 and 816.83/61,775m2 of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul E, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, the Plaintiff’s husband, the Plaintiff’s husband, paid the maximum debt amount to KRW 325,00,000 as the receipt of No. 164 on January 3, 1997 by the Seoul Northern District Court, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Seoul, the Seoul Northern District Court, and the registration of creation of a mortgage in the order of 130,000,000 won under the name of H organization, which was received on November 6, 1997 by the receipt of the maximum debt amount of KRW 68444m2 of the same registry office.

B The Defendant purchased 346,00,000 won, and paid 35,000,000 won for the down payment at the time of the contract, and the intermediate payment concluded a sales contract with the Defendant to accept the said H organization’s collateral security obligation and the obligation to return the lease deposit of the instant building.
Accordingly, on October 20, 199, the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant was completed with respect to the building and the land of this case, but the defendant on November 10, 1999 "each of the following confirmation documents:
was drawn up. The shares additionally transferred: 7.835 square meters out of the shares in land and I of the above ground buildings (the area corresponding to the shares in the above land).
1. The shares additionally transferred may not remain separately due to the provisional registration, and the shares of 1/2 additionally transferred are registered, and the ownership of the former owner D is clear. 2. The shares of 330.58 square meters in land and buildings J, K, and L are the ownership of the Defendant. The said shares of 1/2 additionally transferred will be returned to D if they want.
As above, the building and land of this case, the transfer of which was registered under the name of the defendant, shall be registered on April 3, 200.
