On March 13, 2017, the defendant was issued a fine of KRW 6 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Busan District Court's support on March 13, 2017.

Nevertheless, at around 23:35 on August 28, 2019, the Defendant driven a DNA hived vehicle at a section of about 2 km from the front side of the “C” located in the Ansan-si Group B of the Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the long distance of the parking lot for the sports park in the Sinsi-dong, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
