1. The judgment on the cause of the claim and D established the Plaintiff and D Co., Ltd., and issued 5,000 common shares per par value of 10,000 common shares. The Plaintiff held the title trust of 1,750 common shares out of his own shares, and the fact that the Plaintiff expressed his intention to terminate the title trust to the Defendant by serving a copy of the instant complaint on the Defendant may be acknowledged either as a dispute between the parties or as a whole by taking account of the respective descriptions in subparagraphs A and 2 and the purport of the entire pleadings.
According to the above facts, the plaintiff is a shareholder of the 1,750 share shares, and the defendant is responsible for the share transfer tax, etc. under his/her own name. Thus, the plaintiff has a benefit to seek confirmation.
