On September 19, 2008, the Plaintiff and the Defendants agreed to be jointly paid KRW 38 million until the loan was made with the Defendants until May 31, 2009.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 38 million won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum prescribed by the Civil Act from June 1, 2009 to January 19, 2019, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day on which the duplicate of the instant complaint was served on the Defendants.
