1. The Defendants’ respective Plaintiff KRW 34,091,530 per annum from April 16, 201 to November 27, 2013, respectively, and 5% per annum from November 27, 201.
1. The Defendants, on August 25, 2010, contracted the new construction of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ground Living Facilities (hereinafter “the instant building”) to E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”) for KRW 310 million (hereinafter “the instant construction contract”). After that, the Plaintiff acquired the status of contracting parties to the instant construction contract, and consented thereto. The Plaintiff completed the instant building and completed the construction of the instant building on April 16, 201, and thereafter, obtained approval for the use of the building. The Defendants’ construction cost of KRW 310 million was not disputed between the parties, or the Plaintiff paid the construction cost of KRW 30 million to the Nonparty Company or the Plaintiff in full, and there is no lack of evidence or lack of evidence to prove the purport of the entire pleadings in full after considering the evidence as stated in Gap evidence, evidence Nos. 17 through 9, evidence No. 14-1, No. 2, No. 16-1, No. 8.

The Plaintiff’s determination as to the cause of the claim shall seek damages for delay at the rate of 2% per month from April 16, 2011 to February 16, 2012, based on the agreed interest rate of 2% per month from the sum of KRW 12,085,730, and value-added tax 10,000,000,000,000,000,000 for additional construction cost of construction cost of KRW 24,768,80,00 for the Defendants, and the amount of KRW 12,705,730,000,000 for the loan for the construction cost of electricity out of KRW 10,00,00 for the construction cost of electricity out of KRW 16,01 to KRW 16,00 for delay from February 17, 201.
Considering the overall purport of the arguments in the statement No. 1, No. 5, No. 14-1, No. 14-2, and No. 16-1, and No. 16-1, the Plaintiff added additional construction works that had not been stipulated in the construction contract of this case. Accordingly, on November 27, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendants determined labor cost of KRW 4,515,80, totaling the additional construction cost of the basic key installation, KRW 8,300,000, total sum of the additional construction cost of the rooftop, KRW 5,00,000,000, respectively.
