except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On March 31, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million by the Gwangju District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 01:50 on July 13, 2019, the Defendant driven a fluorial car from approximately 500 meters away from the front side of the restaurant located in Gwangju Mine-gu B to the front road located in the same Gu E in the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.198%.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
