However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 6, 2016, the Defendant, “2016 Highest 1312, the Defendant: (a) was able to drive B-type cargo vehicles under the influence of alcohol with alcohol concentration of 0.094%, without obtaining a driver’s license from the head of the municipal ordinance office of the K-si Municipal Ordinance of the relevant Sincheon-si around 23:20 on July 6, 2016 to around 1.5km.

On August 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased one unit of ENF rocketing car in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul on August 30, 2013; (b) borrowed KRW 11,00,000 as the purchase price of the said car under the condition that the Plaintiff redeems the loan principal for 36 months each month, one of the victim’s name and non-standing employees and 402,660 won; and (c) on September 3, 2013, registered the said car in the name of the Defendant under the name of the Defendant, the Defendant created a right to collateral security with the victim’s bonds worth KRW 5,50,000,000.

As above, the Defendant borrowed money from F, which was around June 7, 2014, from F, a branch office around June 201 to offered the said car as security, despite having ordered the victim company to set up a right to collateral on his/her own car, and around July 31, 2014, the said F sold the said car to the winners at H located in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed the passenger car owned by the defendant, which was the object of the right to collateral security of the victim company, and obstructed the exercise of the right based on the right to collateral security of the victim company.
