1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

The reasons for the court’s explanation concerning this case are as follows: (a) the grounds for the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the “each of the buildings listed in the following sub-paragraph (b)” among the judgment of the court of first instance is deemed to be “each of the buildings listed in the following sub-paragraph (d)”, and thus, the relevant part is cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Accordingly, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit. The defendant's counterclaim of this case is accepted within the above scope of recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed.
The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion with the conclusion, and all appeals filed by the plaintiff against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim of this case are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
