2. Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by public notice) of the applicable provisions of the Acts: Provided, That the part seeking KRW 138,66,410 of the parking lot site construction cost in the Plaintiff’s claim shall not be accepted in the absence of any evidence to prove that the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the said construction work and that the construction cost equivalent to the said amount was paid accordingly.
