A. On April 6, 2012, the Plaintiff determined and lent KRW 50 million to the Defendant as interest rate of 4% per month.

B. The Plaintiff seeks payment of the interest rate of 24% per annum within the scope of the Interest Limitation Act from July 7, 2016 to the date of full payment with respect to the above loan amount of KRW 50 million and the above amount.
