On April 18, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act in the Changwon District Court's Msan Branch on April 18, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon Prison on October 12, 2012.

Defendant A- The defendant A is a person who operates a non-registered game room on the first floor of the building E in the Changwon-si E, Changwon-si, and the F and the defendant are the employees of the above game room.

In collusion with D and F, from January 10, 2013 to January 11:30, 2013, the Defendant established 30 game machine of “NEW separate game”, which was classified by the Game Rating Board from the said game site, in collusion with D and F, and exchanged the points obtained through the said “Yetoto” game to 4,500 won per 5,000 points by exchanging the points obtained through the said “Ytototo” game to 4,500 won (Deduction of 10%) by customers seeking the place.

"2013 Highest 782" - Defendants G are the unemployed owners of unregistered games on the second floor of the building located in the Changwon-si Mgu, Changwon-si, and I is the president of the branch office who was asked to undergo an investigation as a vocational owner at the time of crackdown, and Defendants A, B, and J (Suspension of Prosecution) are the employees of the above game room.

The Defendants, in collusion with G, I, and J, set up 30 game machines which were not classified by the Game Rating Board from the beginning of September 201, 2013 to September 20:40, 2013, and exchanged 4,500 won (10% deduction) per 5,000 won for the purpose of exchanging the scores obtained through the game machine from the game software Rating Board in collusion with G, I, and J, to the end of September 11, 2013.
