1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 59,027,30 and each year from August 3, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. Partial dismissed portion: The damages for delay shall be dismissed, recognizing only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Oct. 1, 2015).
