However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On June 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered a f-to-door cargo loaded vehicle parked by the victim E at the D’s parking lot located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, and opened an entrance of a driver’s seat without correction of the said vehicle; and (b) stolen the vehicle with an envelope containing 249,000 won in cash owned by the victim, which was placed in the storage of the driver’s seat.

2. On June 21, 2013, around 06:44, the Defendant discovered a J-based cargo loading vehicle parked by the victim I at the H Logistics Center located in Daejeon Seodong-gu, Daejeon, with one hand, which contains KRW 892,000 in cash, owned by the victim who was placed behind the driver’s seat in the above manner, and stolen it.

3. On June 25, 2013, at around 17:40, the Defendant: (a) taken advantage of the gaps in which the victim M was neglected due care in the inner part of the above high-water container office, thereby cutting down KRW 20,000,000 in cash owned by the victim on the wall; and (b) stolen it with one small-sized safe of KRW 50,000,000,000 in cash owned by the victim under his/her responsibility, which includes KRW 120,000,000 in cash owned by the victim.

4. On June 25, 2013, at the above H Logistics Center around 20:15, the Defendant: (a) discovered a O selective cargo loaded vehicle parked in the above HH’s workplace through a restaurant gate; (b) discovered the vehicle in which the victim N parked in the above H’s workplace; and (c) stolen the vehicle by having one half of the current market price, which includes a 640,000 won in cash, one driver’s license, one resident registration certificate, one resident registration certificate, and one modern card.
