However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around 01:00 on November 9, 2019, the Defendant driven C-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-

On November 9, 2019, around 01:00 on November 9, 2019, the Defendant, while driving a Category C-p motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.196% prior to Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul, was parked and was punished as a defective drinking driving that causes a traffic accident that causes a shock of a A-ppp-p-p-p-p-ray motor vehicle, the Defendant was willing to make the police officer affiliated with the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Police Station pretend that female-gu would drive the said p-p-p-p-p-p-p-ray motor vehicle.

On December 2, 2019, the Defendant called D at the French site, and asked D to “Neassenger Do,” so that D could make a false statement at the investigative agency.

Accordingly, the Defendant made a false statement at the office of Mapo Police Station E Team in Mapo-gu Seoul, on December 12, 2019, at the Mapo Police Station E Team in Mapo-gu, and at the E Team in Mapo Police Station E Team in Mapo-gu, the Defendant made a false statement to the E Team in the purport that he/she caused a traffic accident while driving the said branch.

Accordingly, the defendant instigated D to escape a person who commits a crime subject to a fine or heavier punishment.
