Reasons

The court below acknowledged the facts of the judgment after compiling the adopted evidence, and judged that the defendant abused C over four occasions. According to the records, the above recognition and judgment of the court below are justified and there is no error of law such as misconception of facts due to violation of the rules of evidence, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.
