A. As regards Defendant Samsung C&T Co., Ltd, KRW 1,026,341,58 and KRW 101,000,000 among them, the amount of KRW 1,026,341,58.

A. 1) The Plaintiff is an autonomous management body consisting of the representatives of occupants for the management of 9 and 794 households in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government A apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”). Nonparty B Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association (hereinafter “instant association”) is an executor who sold the instant apartment, and Defendant Samsung C&T Co., Ltd. (Defendant Samsung C&T Co., Ltd. before the merger was merged into Samsung C&T Co., Ltd. on September 2, 2015, and the name was changed to Samsung C&T Co., Ltd. on the same day, and Samsung C&T Co., Ltd. transferred the instant litigation procedure on September 24, 2015 after the merger to Samsung C&T Co., Ltd.; hereinafter “Defendant Samsung C&T”) is a contractor who was awarded a contract for the construction of the instant apartment from the instant association.

3) Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (the Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation was the Korea Housing and Housing Corporation, but its trade name was changed as of July 1, 2015 pursuant to Article 4 of the Addenda of Housing and Urban Fund Act (Act No. 12989, Jan. 6, 2015).

The term “Defendant Samsung Heavy Co., Ltd.” refers to a guarantor who entered into a warranty contract for the instant apartment as seen in Section B below with Defendant Samsung Heavy Heavy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Heavy Co., Ltd.”). (B) Defendant Samsung Heavy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Heavy Co., Ltd”) entered into a warranty contract with Defendant Samsung Heavy Co., Ltd on February 28, 201 to pay a warranty bond within the period and amount specified in the following table (hereinafter “instant warranty contract”) and issued each warranty bond.
