1. Defendant A and B around April 11, 2014, at the E’s house of Yongsan-si, 312 Dong 1504, Dong 312, Dong 1504, E and F, who requested the purchase of marina tickets from customers using the private horse G, and Defendant A and Defendant B conspired to engage in a similar horse racing by entering the said website to take charge of the purchase of marina tickets as ordered by customers.

Defendants, E, and F are the same year from April 11, 2014.
