Punishment of the crime
On August 25, 2019, at around 05:15, the Defendant: (a) 11A tabled “A club C” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) 11A tabled the victim D (the 24 years of age), and (c) her hand am her left her, and committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim.
