A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Interference with business;
A. On Oct. 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on Oct. 13, 2014, 201; (b) on the “E bicycle race track” managed by the victim D, etc., a security guard in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, by drinking and drinking alcohol; (c) was demanded by the victim to take a bath to customers; and (d) he was demanded by the victim to do so; (c) she would be implee, dead, fright. B. Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's bicycle racing management by force for about one hour.
C.
