The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

1. On November 15, 2014, the Defendant and C are related persons with each other, and around November 21, 2014, around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) received a request from a female who would be called the “date of report” from the line E, which was known to the general public; (b) contacted C through C, with the Victim F (the age of 13), who is the latter part of C (the age of 13); (c) the Defendant and C would make the victim appear to have a job provided with accommodation; and (d) requested the victim to have the victim enter the said officetel into an official capacity.

The Defendant and C: (a) performed the alcohol with the victim; and (b) the Defendant had the victim take a position when the victim drops down without reporting; (c) so, the victim’s position may take place; (d) on his cell phone camera, the Defendant made the victim sign a report, stating that “if the victim is willing to do, but not want to do so, 5 million won should be paid.” (e.g., the Defendant and C took the victim back to the above E; (b) the Defendant and C went back to the victim; (c) but (d) the victim was not able to leave the report on the ground that he was unable to reach the age due to the fact that he was unable to reach the age due to the external appearance; (d) the victim was experienced in using the name of the past; (e) the victim was aware that he became aware of the fact that he did not report, and (e) the Defendant did not report as above, agreed to do so with the victim by using the condition that he should complete payment of five million won.

On November 17, 2014, the Defendant and C received 100,000 won for sexual traffic from sexual purchasing her name and had the victim do sexual intercourse with sex purchasing at the same time. From that time to December 2, 2014, the Defendant and C are the victims 11 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 1.
