A Imprisonment of 10 months, Defendant B's imprisonment of 8 months, Defendant C's imprisonment of 6 months and Defendant D's imprisonment of 8 months.

Even if the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they dealt with marijuana as follows:

1. Defendant A

A. From February 6, 2015 to 04:00 on February 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen, the Defendant: (b) committed theft by having one string of the market price of the victim S, who was placed on the table of the third shuttle of Qu hotel in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P, located on the table; (c) KRW 150,000,000; (d) KRW 200,000; and (e) one string of the market price, which includes one resident registration certificate, and one driver’s license.

B. Around December 2014, the Defendant, at the residence of U located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, provided a hole in the beer cans with B, V, and W, and smoked marijuana jointly in a way of spreading about 1g of marijuana and spreading a smoke generated by attaching the beer with the beer, and then smoking marijuana. (ii) On February 2, 2015, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting it in a way of drinking. (iii) On February 2, 2015, the Defendant, along with B, V, and D, in the residence of V located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Xtel 509, in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Xtel 509.

3) On March 2015, the Defendant received KRW 120,00 from D from the above Xtel No. 509, and sold 1g of marijuana to it. 4) On the same date and time as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant, among the police officers, smoked marijuana by inserting the marith in tobacco pipe, inserting the marith in the Zittaintainment toilet located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, along with B, from the Zittaintainment toilets located in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

5) Around March 2015, the Defendant received KRW 80,00 from V in a toilet located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu AA station, and sold it to him, 1g of marijuana. 6) around March 2015, the Defendant received transfer of KRW 120,00 from D and sold it to him.
