A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,500,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. From July 15, 2015, the Defendants: (a) conspired with D on July 16:40, 2015, at the Jung-gu Incheon apartment complex management office; (b) in relation to the dispatch of official doors related to the election of the representative of occupants to the victim F (the 56 years of age) who is the managing director of the said apartment complex to the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu Office; (c) Defendant B was at the time of the victim’s arms in order to take the victim’s bank back; (d) the victim was able to take the victim’s bank back; (d) the victim took the victim’s bath at large interest; and (d) Defendant A interfered with the victim’s management affairs by force over about 15 minutes, such as taking the victim’s cell phone, and taking the victim’s cell phone off.

B. Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (damage to joint property, etc.) and D jointly recorded the situation by using a mobile phone at the aforementioned time and place, and the victim F was dissatisfied with the above time and place. Defendant B and D got the victim’s bank back, and Defendant B and D got the victim’s bank back to Defendant A, the victim’s cell phone located in the bank, and Defendant A destroyed the special media records by eliminating seven electronic records, which were stored in the above mobile phone.

2. At the time and place described in paragraph 1, Defendant B assaulted the victim’s left side part of the victim’s left part by hand during the dispute with the victim F, and by raising his face several times.
