The defendant of "2018 Highest 6647" is an employer who runs a manufacturing business by employing 12 full-time workers as an actual manager of G in the G in Sung-si F.
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay 31,181,550 won, including H’s wage 3,177,440 won in December 2017, 2017, which worked at the above workplace from March 6, 2017 to February 20, 2018 at the above workplace (attached Form 1) within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement on extension of the due date between the parties, as stated in the crime list.
The defendant of "2019 Highly 807" is a full-time employee who runs a manufacturing business by using two full-time workers as the representative of the I building and K in the first floor of JJ-dong.
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay the total of KRW 19,202,660 for eight workers within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement on extension of the payment deadline between the parties, as shown in the crime list, including KRW 1,479,170 of L who worked and retired from the said workplace from April 22, 2018 to July 5, 2018.
The defendant of "2019 Highest 1350" is the defendant who is a representative of the I building and K in the first floor of JJ-dong and operates a manufacturing business using four full-time workers.
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall commence at the time when the cause for such death or retirement occurred.
