A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for habitual larceny at the Seoul Western District Court on March 31, 2016, and on October 22, 2016, the execution of the sentence was completed in the female prison.

1. Defendant A

A. From around 12:10 on April 26, 2018 to 12:16 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) up to the F University in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul and the first floor autopsy biological laboratory (115 No. 115) underground of universities and the victim G intrudes into the above laboratory through an open entrance to steal other objects without locking the entrance of the laboratory; (b) intrudes into the laboratory on the victim’s door; and (c) 1 set up one fluorc lupt North street (Korean color) at the victim’s market price of 2:70,000 won at the victim’s possession on the door.

In other words, they stolen them.

B. From April 26, 2018 to around 13:55 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) went to the 3th floor wave of the I University Art Gallery located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H from April 26, 2018, and then came to fall under the 3:10,000,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession of the said room through an open entrance to steal other objects without locking the above practical door door; and (b) intrudes into the said room through an open entrance to steal other objects; and (c) 7:30,000,000,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession of the said room; and (d) 7:30,000,000 won of the market price.

In other words, they stolen them.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd the above two times on a building, and stolen another’s property worth KRW 4,159,000 in total.

2. Defendant B is a person who is engaged in sales of high-speed camera products with the trade name of “L” from 2nd floor B-101, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

When purchasing a 7,300,000 won of the market price (the first market price) owned by the victim J (the first market price) that he/she stolen from L stores around 18:00 on April 26, 2018, the Defendant confirms and enters the personal information, etc. of A, while the Defendant is engaged in the business of selling and selling used goods.
