1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) are dismissed.

The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except for correcting “ July 4, 2014,” as “ July 5, 2014,” which is stated in Part 10, 17, of the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, to “ July 5, 2014,” and thus, it shall be cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. The plaintiff's principal lawsuit and the defendant's counterclaim are justified within the scope of each recognition above, and the remaining principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed as they are groundless.
The judgment of the court of first instance is just on the basis of its conclusion, and all appeals filed by the plaintiff against the main lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
